We are a UK business and we answer emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you message us at the weekend we will get back to you first thing Monday.

Before you email, the answer might already be on our delivery or returns pages – delivery times, refunds, materials and solar questions are all covered there. But if in doubt, just ask. We would rather answer a quick question than have you guess.

How quickly will you reply?

Usually the same working day. We answer emails Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time; anything sent at the weekend is picked up first thing Monday.

How do I check where my order is?

Email us your order number and we will track it down. Every order is dispatched within 48 hours and arrives within 7 days of ordering.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Email us as soon as you can. If it has not been dispatched we will change or cancel it; if it has already gone, you have 30 days to return it and we pay the postage.

Do you have a phone number or a shop I can visit?

We are an online-only shop, so email is the fastest way to reach us and it gives us your order details in writing. A real person reads every message.
